Senior Engineering Manager: Tooling Expert

The goal of this role is to optimize tooling processes, reduce costs and enhance quality. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage teams responsible for process optimization, waste reduction and cost savings.">
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other relevant certifications.">
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment while adhering to industry standards.">
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.">
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a related field.">
  • Diploma in Precision Engineering or equivalent technical qualification in Tool and Die making required.">
  • Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.">
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.">
