Sales Excellence Strategist

The Sales Excellence Strategist will be responsible for enhancing sales performance across the Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute tailored sales initiatives that align with regional goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies that cater to the distinct markets of Southeast Asia and Taiwan, ensuring they are in sync with regional objectives.
- Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work in close partnership with regional sales leaders to refine sales processes, boost efficiency, and improve overall sales performance.
- Performance Management: Establish and implement performance management frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and identify growth opportunities, delivering actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive efforts on sales initiatives.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Promote effective communication and coordination among different teams to streamline operations and achieve shared objectives.
- Market Research: Perform extensive market analysis to gather insights on market trends, competitive challenges, and potential growth avenues.
- Strategic Advisory: Utilize market insights to inform strategic decisions and propel sales growth within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales operations or commercial excellence, particularly within the Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency in a regional or multinational context.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret sales data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales automation technologies.
