Job Title: Technical Integration Specialist

As a technical integration specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5-9 years of experience in application/platform development and support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform required.
  • Candidate with experience in workflow engines (i.e., Nintex, Power Automate) and knowledge systems (i.e., SharePoint) will be at an advantage.
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations.
  • Ability to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.
