Hybrid Integration Specialist

Job Description:

The Hybrid Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in the sales process, focusing on understanding client business problems and crafting innovative solutions leveraging IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration Software. This individual must possess exceptional technical expertise, paired with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their business needs are met through IBM's go-to market capabilities.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions, carefully analyzing and addressing client business requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to RFI/RFPs, showcasing IBM's capabilities in functional and business requirements sections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the Integration space as a pre-sales or consultant role.
