Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics manufacturing, with a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing troubleshooting work on RF-related products down to the PCBA level, conducting box build and sub-assembly functional testing, and assembling and reworking PCBAs with SMT components. They will also perform final assembly of electronic devices from sub-components, build packaging for finished products, and assist engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures. Additionally, they will plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements, and prepare production documents such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, or productivity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NTC/ITC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Basic electronics, digital, and components knowledge background
  • At least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience
  • Hand soldering skills with 0402, QFP component sizes or above to rework PCBs
  • Experience with BGA rework stations is a plus
  • Proficient in reading circuit schematic diagrams
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
  • Working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Possess a positive working attitude
