Job Description

As a Lifestyle Executive cum Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and fitness facilities.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with valid masseur/spa therapist qualifications, and a good understanding of the SPA Industry along with a strong customer service focus and administrative skills in a similar capacity within the Hospitality industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming and greeting clients in a friendly and cheerful manner and creating a professional image of the hotel.
  • Assisting clients in making reservations for spa treatment and assigning treatment rooms.
  • Ensuring and overseeing that all clients and therapists arrive for scheduled appointments on time.
  • Dealing with customer requests and complaints and providing vital information to the Lifestyle Manager for the purpose of improving client satisfaction.


You will also be responsible for motivating team members to close sales, offering alternative treatments, and confirming bookings to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will conduct outlet tours to walk-ins and new clients, follow up if necessary, and be knowledgeable of treatments and products to encourage client trust and assurance in the services offered.
