About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Growth Initiatives Sales/BD Strategist to join our team at Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives sales and business development activities across AWS globally.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cross-functional team to develop and execute growth initiatives strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services. You will represent Global Services as part of the growth initiative team, contribute to the growth initiative strategy and plan, and work closely with customers, field teams, and GS Business Units to execute and close customer opportunities aligned to the initiative. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing and articulating the value proposition of Global Services to targeted customer cohorts;
Working with customer account teams, stakeholder teams, and partners to win customers as part of the growth initiative and secure public customer references;
Developing and testing viable win strategies and routes to market for Global Services offerings;
Providing feedback to Global Services product teams to shape existing and/or assemble new offerings;
Partnering with the Global Services deals team on tailored/customized proposals as part of the sales cycle;
Codifying successful win strategies and tactics for account teams and Global Services BD/Sales teams;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in sales and business development for customer success-related services at a technology products/services organization. You will also need strong analytical skills, synthesis, structuring, and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous information into actionable business development plans. Additionally, you should have excellent influencing skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a customer-obsessed, collaborative approach. Preferred qualifications include experience influencing internal and external stakeholders and a strong data/metrics bias.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
