The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of marketing in these regions and experience in activating campaigns in some of these markets. You will be responsible for managing senior client relationships, strategic ideation, and project management of influencer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
  • Manage senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Social, Creative, Intelligence, Strategy, Ops, and Community, to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with cultural and social trends, as well as customer views and attitudes.
  • Play a key role in promoting Ogilvy's influencer marketing offering across the agency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an agency setting, with a focus on influencer marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the cultural nuances of marketing in ASEAN & South Pacific markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to connect business challenges with impactful ideas.
  • Logical commercial acumen and ability to manage large budgets effectively.
