About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious professional to drive business growth, expand our client base, and promote our HR solutions across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, recruitment consulting, or HR solutions, with a proven track record of identifying and converting business opportunities.
You will be responsible for proactively engaging clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups, as well as building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and key industry stakeholders.
You will also promote the company's HR solutions and enhance employer branding across digital and traditional platforms, represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs, and plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include tailoring proposals to meet client needs and confidently leading commercial negotiations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline;
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, recruitment consulting, or HR solutions;
- Familiarity with cross-border business operations, especially within the ASEAN region or under Singapore's Free Trade Agreements;
- Japanese proficiency is also required as the role requires liaising with Japanese clients.
