You should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a team environment. Clear communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modelling. A passion for leisure and tourism, combined with a solid understanding of the hospitality sector, is also necessary.
