Data Center Expansion Manager

As a senior-level project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of data center operations into new countries. This involves developing and executing strategies that align with the overall business objectives, in collaboration with the RDC strategy team.
You will oversee all aspects of expansion projects, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competition, and evaluate regulatory landscapes in target countries.
Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, and local authorities to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance. You will also identify and engage with strategic partners such as local collaborators, real estate developers, and technology vendors to support expansion efforts.
Prepare proposals and negotiate with partners, vendors, and government agencies to secure favorable terms and agreements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on business development progress. Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the expansion process.
