We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and expand our presence in the Data Center market.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage your business development expertise to drive initiatives for IP Data Center networks solutions (including Data Center Fabric, Data Center Gateway, Data Center Automation) across the Asia Pacific region
- Contribute to pre-sales/sales strategies and go-to-market plans for IP Data Center networks business across the Asia Pacific region
- Collaborate with regional teams, product line management, pre-sales, and sales to grow Data Center networks business in the Asia Pacific
- Foster relationships with customers and business partners to promote IP Data Center networks solutions
- Represent regional market requirements and obtain global support to develop Data Center networks business
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success
- Experience developing business from the Data Center networking segment in Enterprise, Cloud, and Telco customers
- Strong partner/channel collaboration skills
- In-depth knowledge of IP Data Center Fabric and Automation market and competitor landscape
- Expertise in IP Data Center networking technologies (IP/Ethernet/BGP/VXLAN/EVPN, AI DC Networking RoCEv2/UEC, Container, Kubernetes, Cloud, IPSec, MACSec, DDoS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Singapore citizenship or PR status is encouraged but not required
