Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians in providing high-quality patient care, including administering treatments and conducting thorough assessments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care services.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including maintaining accurate records and reporting data as needed.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) systems.
