Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled healthcare analytics professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing healthcare service utilization, optimising operations, and contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply data science and econometrics techniques to understand and provide actionable insights into healthcare utilisation patterns.
  • Collaborate with policy, cluster, and research partners to leverage domain expertise, enhancing analysis depth and accuracy.
  • Assess healthcare operations and resource needs thoroughly.
  • Use data science techniques to monitor, project, and optimise patient demand and healthcare supplies.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and reporting frameworks for timely stakeholder updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or Stata.
  • Experience applying data science or econometrics techniques to healthcare data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with policy, cluster, and research partners.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills for sound policy recommendations.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn and apply new skills and methods.
