Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned data analytics professional to spearhead our healthcare initiatives, focusing on extensive datasets. Key objectives include:

  • Designing and executing end-to-end data strategies, emphasizing robust pipelines and ETL workflows.
  • Maintaining high data quality through rigorous cleaning, preprocessing, and validation processes.
  • Analyzing complex datasets using advanced statistical and mining techniques, yielding actionable insights.
  • Developing interactive dashboards with user-friendly visualizations tailored for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication of findings.
  • Ddelivering in-depth analytics to support clinical research and quality improvement projects, driving informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a Quantitative Background, minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare analytics or a related domain, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms, cloud analytics environments, and AI/ML models.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
