At Amplify Health, we're seeking a Clinical Informatics Lead to drive the development of innovative healthcare solutions powered by advanced analytics.
This key role will play a pivotal part in shaping our clinical informatics roadmap, ensuring that our products and services align with market requirements and deliver tangible value to our customers.
You will lead a team of experts in developing cutting-edge clinical informatics features, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Your expertise in healthcare analytics, data science, and clinical coding terminology will be essential in informing the development process and driving progress towards our goals.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the health analytical landscape to inform the clinical informatics development process
  • Formulating the clinical informatics roadmap in collaboration with commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Validating clinical informatics features against product roadmaps and value propositions
  • Oversight and management of the clinical informatics development team
  • Creatation of internal and external documentation, including marketing material and presentations
  • Engagement with clients on clinical informatics features to problem solve and create value
In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have a strong understanding of healthcare solutions powered by analytics, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in healthcare analytics is also essential for this role.
