Job Description

As a Service Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a team-oriented personality, overseeing the organization of bar stock and ingredients, verifying food products, and ensuring all food/drink preparation meets quality standards.

Additionally, you will be required to actively respond to guest problems and complaints, train new floor employees to restaurant standards, and ensure proper purchasing and receiving of bar supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper grooming and hygiene standards for all floor staff and maintaining equipment in the bar according to SFA standards.

Basic duties will include taking customers' orders, preparing drinks, serving food and drinks, cashiering, and housekeeping. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
