Service Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Crew member. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Assist with kitchen duties, such as food preparation and cleaning.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to walk-in customers promptly and addressing their queries efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support with stock taking and recording, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Handle incoming calls and process delivery orders with accuracy and professionalism.
- No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- You should possess a pleasant disposition and maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Be cooperative and helpful towards other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Exhibit excellent and positive service attitude, consistently providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, on a rotating basis.
- A minimum 6-month commitment is required, demonstrating your dedication to the role and the team.
- Proven ability to work independently and multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Bonus points if you can commence work on short notice
