
Client Growth Executive

We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institution clients.
The Client Growth Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a client-centric strategy to meet business growth objectives. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a client-centric strategy to meet business growth objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities and negotiate deals with financial institution clients.
- Implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients, including cash management deals and RFP responses.
- Foster strong partnerships with product and solution sales partners to meet client needs.
- Monitor and support the onboarding process and ensure revenue ramp-up and positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Sales or relationship management experience covering large financial institution clients.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
