Community Liaison Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison Manager to join our team. As a key player in the customer acquisition process, you will be responsible for onboarding new parents to our community and sharing our vision with them.

You will also recommend suitable coding programs for learners and support customer success initiatives such as special programs or competitions, community events like fireside chats for customer engagement, and maintain customer relationships and build a strong community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
