About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at Oishi Manufacturing Pte Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to take on a challenging role, drive business growth, and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will support the marketing manager in executing marketing campaigns, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department. This role involves a mix of administrative, creative, and analytical tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery, and track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, assisting in adjustments as needed.
  • Content Creation and Management: Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog content, and promotional materials, maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for target audiences.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing calendars, organize and coordinate events, trade shows, or webinars, and maintain databases and manage customer or lead information for follow-up campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity, compile and analyze data to provide insights on customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Brand Support: Help ensure brand consistency across all channels, from marketing materials to social media posts, assist in updating promotional content and monitoring brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, assist in coordinating communication with external vendors, media, and advertising agencies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships included).
  • Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools), creative thinking with attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
