Job Opportunity: Architectural Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend technical meetings and provide expert technical solutions.
  • Manage and lead project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to ensure final designs meet architect's requirements.
  • Inform Project Managers/Construction Managers on technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a qualification from a recognized university (BCA and Board of Architects).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural coordination works.
  • Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed and responsible towards job.
  • Able to take ownership, proactive firm.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizing abilities.
