Finance and Logistics Executive (12-Month Contract)

Overview

This role involves providing support to the supervisor within the designated team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the timely completion of comprehensive account statements, including the preparation of schedules, management reports, and variance analyses, along with monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts. Verify and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and supported in the accounting system in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of tax computations, quarterly GST submissions, and regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance of all financial records with local regulatory standards, internal controls, and finance policies. Collaborate with the international finance team, various departments, auditors, and external stakeholders as necessary. Undertake additional assignments as required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or equivalent qualifications. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of SFRS, Companies Act, and other accounting regulations. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Familiarity with SAP systems and/or real estate expertise is advantageous. Detail-oriented, analytical, independent, a collaborative team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines. Experience in REITs or publicly listed companies is a plus.
