Sales and Marketing Director

The Sales and Marketing Director will lead the sales team and spearhead all marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility, expand market share, and increase revenue. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership skills in both sales and marketing.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and strengthen our brand presence in the competitive IT market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales demand.
Marketing Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and brand awareness.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM).
  • Create marketing content, product brochures, and sales presentations tailored to the IT wholesale market.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage our online presence, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
  • Develop promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs to retain customers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting ROI and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of combined sales and marketing experience, preferably in IT wholesale or distribution.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, market trends, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp).
