Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role within our organization. As a Deputy/Manager (Business Continuity & Resilience), you will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at ensuring seamless business operations in the face of disruptions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to assess current BCM capabilities and readiness across the SEA Region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to determine the minimum level of services acceptable to achieve business objectives during disruptions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks of disruption and single points of failure requiring Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
  • Consolidate departmental BIA templates, analyze gaps, and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of BC strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably have exposure to operational risk management, emergency preparedness planning, BCM, and crisis management in maritime/port operations.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with flexible thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate coherent narratives.
  • Organized, delivery-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A strong relationship builder with effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional, regional, and virtual teams.
