Job Description:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance revenue and profitability in our restaurants and bar.
  • Collaborate closely with our Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and culinary team to design and launch new menus, promotions, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering loyalty among our repeat patrons.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across our outlets, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labour costs, expenses, purchasing, and inventory effectively, seeking creative ways to reduce waste and optimize resources.
  • Partner with our Director of Food & Beverage and other department heads to align operational goals, ensure seamless communication, and drive business outcomes.
  • Engage actively with internal stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, and Sales teams, to promote cross-functional collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
