Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with brands on the execution of visual merchandising campaigns aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry. They should possess a strong aesthetic sense and a good understanding of beauty trends.

The role involves managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective implementation, and collaborating with local partners to arrange permits and manpower. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing daily communication and weekly work-in-progress reports with brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with brands on execution aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all regions.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with local partners to arrange permits and manpower.
  • Ensure smooth onsite execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a good understanding of beauty trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of technical skills, retail display tools, and layout software.
