Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our finance teams are providing accurate and timely reports, working closely with our General Manager to develop and implement budgeting proposals, and developing best practice financial accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
* Develop and implement budgeting proposals
* Develop and maintain best practice financial accounting procedures
* Lead monthly finance update meetings with our General Manager

Requirements
* Degree in finance or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
