Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving efficiency and ensuring seamless operational processes across the organization.

  • Knowledge Transfer
    • You will collaborate with marketing teams, advertising platforms, and CRM systems to acquire the latest knowledge and updates.
    • This information will be converted into training materials tailored for trainers, supporting them in delivering training to the sales team.
  • Capability Development
    • You will design and establish onboarding and on-the-job capability certification systems for the sales team.
    • A comprehensive knowledge base platform will be developed and maintained to ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date learning resources and tools.
  • Performance Improvement Initiatives
    • Close collaboration with the quality assurance team will be necessary to analyze skill gaps within the sales team and design targeted improvement initiatives.
    • Customized training plans will be created based on business needs to enhance the performance of the sales team.
  • Trainer Support
    • You will support the vendor business team in trainer certification processes, ensuring trainers possess professional teaching skills and knowledge.
    • Evaluation of trainer performance will be regular, providing suggestions and resources for improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Effective communication will be maintained with internal marketing, product, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate training content.
    • Training needs from the sales team will be collected and addressed to optimize training systems and content design.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Education, or related fields.
  • Experience in training operations, advertising product operations, or sales support is essential.
  • Familiarity with advertising products, CRM systems, and related tools is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills are necessary to drive training optimization through data insights.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, with the ability to use it as a working language.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in advertising platform operations, sales team support, or B2B business is desirable.
  • Familiarity with training system design and implementation; trainer certification experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in building or managing knowledge base platforms is an asset.
