Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost brand visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs to captivate target audiences.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram to optimize performance.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, healthcare professionals, and wellness communities to promote the brand.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Oversee sales channels like Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Highlight manufacturing capabilities through compelling marketing materials such as brochures and case studies.
  • Support the sales team with marketing tools like pitch decks and proposals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C (digital marketing preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Meta Tools and Mailchimp.
  • Strong communication skills for tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm.
