Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of professionals who provide strategic sourcing services related to regulatory compliance, Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls, and internal audit to clients in the financial services industry.

You will also be required to assist organizations in maintaining effective and efficient controls to manage organizational and strategic risks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to the development of our risk management services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of risk management professionals
  • Provide strategic sourcing services related to regulatory compliance, FCC, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls, and internal audit
  • Assist organizations in maintaining effective and efficient controls to manage organizational and strategic risks

Requirements:
  • Min 6 years relevant Financial Crime Compliance (AML/ CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Fraud) risk management, compliance experience in banking, insurance, asset management, and/or in a big public accounting firm
  • 3 years relevant Financial Crime Compliance risk management, compliance experience in banking, insurance, asset management, and/or in a big public accounting firm
  • At least 5 years' experience in delivery of FCC-related technology projects, such as payments screening, transaction monitoring, &/or customer risk rating systems preferably at a large/ complex financial institution
