Risk Transformation Manager/Senior Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Risk Transformation Manager/Senior Manager to play a critical role in helping clients transform their risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance.

The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using Archer GRC/IRM platform - Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity, and other risk management processes.
  • You will lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using Archer GRC/IRM solutions.
  • You will design and architect solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • You will effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Requirements
  • A recognized university degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics, accounting, business, or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNC.
  • Certification from Archer as a Certified Administrator - Expert or Certified Administrator – Specialist.

This role requires confidence in giving professional advice and guidance to colleagues and clients from a diverse range of cultures, often with limited information - both verbally and in writing.
