About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our team at Quinnox Solutions Pte Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solution architectures that meet customer requirements, including performance, scalability, flexibility, security, and high availability.
  • Lead the integration and service delivery of enterprise transportation and logistics sector presales leads and projects, including account insight, designing, planning, implementation, service migration, etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for management and communication with CXO and technical director-level customers and subcontractors to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and promote market penetration and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT infrastructure support and administrative positions.
  • Solid personal presence to act as an effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management.
  • Excellent understanding of IT strategy, related issues facing CIOs, and their decision processes.
  • Working knowledge of HCI, Backup, Storage, Server, and Disaster Recovery Best Practices and Methodologies.
  • Experience and good knowledge in Datacom and network solutions, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.
  • Experience and good knowledge in vertical markets, preferably in government and financial sectors.
  • Experience and good knowledge of public cloud technology, including OpenStack architecture, NFV, and SDN architecture, routing protocols, and switching protocols.
  • Prior experience in managing tender requests.
  • Good consultative solution selling and business development skills to align client business needs with the solution, knowledge of the customer's infrastructure and architecture.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
  • Ability to work effectively with partners to drive additional revenue.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin, as there is a need to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
