Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to excel in a showroom setting as a Customer Service Expert.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, providing outstanding customer experiences, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction according to industry standards
- Organize and manage the showroom reception area efficiently
- Ensure all clients F2F, Phone enquiry, emails are handled professionally and timely
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly Sales and Traffic data reports
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives effectively
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent of a related field is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills
- Strong customer engagement with the ability to address clients professionally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
