Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, providing outstanding customer experiences, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced showroom environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction according to industry standards
  • Organize and manage the showroom reception area efficiently
  • Ensure all clients F2F, Phone enquiry, emails are handled professionally and timely
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly Sales and Traffic data reports
  • Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives effectively

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent of a related field is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills
  • Strong customer engagement with the ability to address clients professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with adaptability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
