Customer Service Representative">

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, including order entry, amendments, and status notifications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner.
  • Provide expert product advice and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare quotes and send them to customers via various channels.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and perform callbacks as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth order delivery.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • O-level or Diploma qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
