Job Title: Strategic Executive Assistant to Senior Management

SINGAPORE SUPER HI DINING PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our senior management team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to support our Managing Director in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing their calendar, screening emails, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support projects and presentations.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing internal and external events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing expenses, invoices, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field from a top-ranked university (QS World University Rankings).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, discretion, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Travel: Availability for frequent overseas business travel as required by the Managing Director's schedule and business needs.
