Strategic Business Improvement Professional

This role involves providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development and strategy, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, trade associations, and government officials to facilitate collaboration and drive policy interventions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify policy gaps and propose data-driven solutions to enhance the wages, welfare, and work prospects of low-wage workers.
- Design effective marketing initiatives and campaigns to raise awareness and galvanize public support for departmental goals.
- Degree holder with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience.
- Critical thinking and a challenge status quo mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
