Senior Factory Planner

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe Industrial Operations Manager will be responsible for leading projects to organize, digitalize and transform capital planning automation, optimization and visualization. This involves taking ownership of planning and executing factory capital and layout, maintaining and updating factory capital and layout, regularly communicating with factory departments to update planning parameters and supporting managers in computing, understanding and submitting regular factory plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning, proven ability to perform data analysis and strong teamwork and self-motivation skills. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant fields is required. Proficient in AutoCAD, database management, data processing and automation skills, preferably with Python expertise, and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
