**Job Title:** Senior Information Technology Consultant

Job Description

This role involves delivering banking and credit/debit card solutions and projects using Agile Methodology and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Key responsibilities include performing impact analysis, supporting or delivering development according to SDLC and Agile Methodology, and reviewing technical design of solutions and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Core Banking, Credit/Debit Card related solutions and projects
  • Perform impact analysis on new initiative
  • Supports or delivers development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology
  • Delivers business systems enhancements, integration and implementation according to requirements
  • Reviews technical design of solutions and projects
  • Reviews SIT/UAT test plan & result and support SIT/UAT for assigned projects/solutions
  • Responsible in managing technical risks throughout the project assigned
  • Reviews, monitors, and manages deliverables
  • Ensures compliance to any internal or external rules & processes within the Banks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT and experience in systems development under AS400 platform. You should also possess knowledge in the following areas: AS400 RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL, Cobol, as well as Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), Credit Card (SICS) or Electronic Banking System (EBS) application.

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with min 4 years of work experience in systems development under AS400 platform
  • Strong technical knowledge in AS400 RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL, Cobol
  • Knowledge in handling Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), Credit Card (SICS) or Electronic Banking System (EBS) application
  • Preferably with at least one full project implementation experience in any project
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results
  • Experience in ALDON, Infinity, Dimension, Jira, Confluence HPQC are added advantage
