Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Healthcare Operations Assistant/Manager plays a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care operations. This critical position demands strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional service to patients and their families by responding promptly to their needs and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Operations and Finance: Develop and maintain efficient systems for collecting unit productivity data, monitoring management reports, and completing weekly payroll and staffing schedules.
  • Data Management: Oversee relevant databases, promote data security, and maintain quality control systems.
  • Human Resources: Supervise daily activities, oversee personnel changes, and participate in hiring, terminating, and performance evaluations.
  • Materials Management/Equipment: Coordinate inventory levels, purchase supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate equipment records.

Quality Focus

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Nursing Director to maintain regulatory readiness and participate in quality improvement projects.

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in nursing, hospital, or partner's healthcare system teams, assist with policy implementation, and perform special projects.
