Job Title: Program Management Specialist

Moderation Knowledge Strategy and Governance are crucial for creating a seamless user experience. As a Program Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to drive business outcomes.

This role involves collaborating with the Governance team to create moderation operating guidelines and playbooks. You will also evaluate and propose improvements for existing processes and policies.

You will analyze how knowledge is captured and organized, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective training and knowledge management programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a fast learning capacity. They should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analysis and creating moderation operating guidelines and playbooks in collaboration with the Governance team.
  • Evaluating and proposing improvements for existing processes and policies.
  • Reviewing and aligning how knowledge is captured and organized to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyzing program risks and producing reports for stakeholders.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop effective training and knowledge management programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong ability in workflow design and optimization with rigorous logical thinking.
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Excellent coordination skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Fast learner who thrives in new technical challenges.
  • Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
