To have sufficient understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services domain area, necessary to execute several ongoing projects within a program in a manner that facilitates business outcomes
- To have sufficient understanding of the IT Infrastructure solutions and related technologies (Datacenter
- Hybrid & Public Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network, End-User workplace, Tools etc) necessary to plan and execute the client specific Transformation and Innovation Programs
- To deliver program effectively within scope, on time, on budget, quality and in compliance to Customer on Program Management governance and industry best practices
- To sustain strong stakeholder relationships and manage their opinions/expectations
- To effectively monitor delivery effectiveness and diligently track all technical & program delivery activities and budget
- To successfully collaborate with project teams, technical architect team, vendors to ensure the solution meets Business needs
- To accurately identify change requirements and ensuring consistent handling and thorough evaluation throughout the delivery lifecycle
- To ensure accurate and efficient Projects Closure is done without undesired effect on stakeholder satisfaction
- To be able to manage multiple projects in parallel as per above requirements
- To be willing and able to understand and comply with all internal and external client processes that govern the immaculate delivery of the program
