Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of finance-related technology platforms within the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and enhancement of financial systems to support core business processes, compliance, and reporting needs.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive system improvements, manage projects, and ensure data integrity and system security across all finance platforms.

The IT Systems Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate financial business needs into system solutions. They will also oversee the integration between finance systems and other enterprise platforms, and continuously assess system performance to implement improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials, PMP) are an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems management, with a focus on finance platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, treasury, tax, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading system implementations and upgrades
