Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members in developing and executing communications strategies for PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and trends.
  • Cultivate relationships with key spokespeople, media, and influencers in Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Participate in developing new business proposals and pitching opportunities.
  • Analyse and report on media coverage pieces.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key milestones, including presentations, approvals, and production.
  • Create clear and actionable client-facing communications, status reports, campaign summary reports, and general account activity reports.
Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of PR agency experience.
  • Those with more experience may be considered for a Senior Account Executive role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • An interest in learning about and working across different industries.
