Job Title

About the Role

The incumbent will support in managing and growing donor relationships and be the key relationship manager for a portfolio of donor-advised fund accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of donors, cultivating and sustaining active relationships that encourage and inform their charitable giving, including encouraging strategic large gifts.
  2. Engage and guide a broad range of donor types from self-directed, to donors who have yet to take advantage of advisory services, as well as those open to exploring complex charitable programmes.
  3. Provide strategic philanthropy advisory to corporate and individual donors, helping them articulate, plan and achieve their giving goals through impactful programme recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Degree from an accredited tertiary institution, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant experience of at least 3 years in finance, administrative and other client support roles will be a plus.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail in managing data, documentation and donor communications.
