Life Enrichment Specialist

Job Description
\We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Coach to join our team. As a Residential Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in our Residential Programme.
\Your primary responsibilities will include:
\- Maintaining household chores, including preparing simple meals
- Managing residents' time within the residence and preparing them for work
- Supporting residents during day and night shift hours (rotation)
- Ensuring safety and security of residents at all times
- Providing a safe and homely environment for residents
- Co-developing house rules with residents
- Assisting and coordinating repairs as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will possess:
\- Good interpersonal and relational skills
- Passion to work with individuals with ASD
- Knowledge and understanding of autism and skills in housekeeping
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with 2 years working experience
