Job Title: Learning Enrichment Specialist

As a Learning Enrichment Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging enrichment programs that cater to the diverse needs of students from preschool to secondary levels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think creatively, and have a strong foundation in science and mathematics concepts. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver age-appropriate science and math enrichment classes for primary and secondary students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new lesson plans and materials that align with our curriculum.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents where applicable.
  • Maintain a positive and safe learning environment that fosters creativity and curiosity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min. Diploma in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience with children preferred.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
