Job Title: Sr. Coordinating Architect

This is a senior position that requires coordination and leadership skills in architectural works. The role involves site coordination, submission of shop drawings and materials, ensuring work is constructed according to contract and drawings, planning of architectural works, micro scheduling with other disciplines, liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, implementation and monitoring of quality control plans, procurement and monitoring of architectural related materials, carrying out inspections and trade demonstrations, ensuring tiles and walls are laid according to setting out plans, verifying variations and preparing back charges, attending subcontract meetings, checking compliance with TOP checklists and RI (Arch), attending to architectural materials, sample boards, trade demonstrations and shop drawing submissions, updating architectural progress with scheduling tools, and performing other adhoc duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.


This position requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil or a related discipline, relevant qualifications in structural and architectural disciplines, a minimum of three years' experience in high-rise building projects, ability to lead sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards, and minimal defects, preferably completed QM project and registered as Coretrade foremen, good knowledge of architectural specs and BCA quality requirements, proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), and willingness to travel around project sites within Singapore.
