Senior Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors, attending technical meetings, and providing technical solutions.
They will also study drawings, ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications, and inform Project Managers on any technical/site problems.
Additionally, they will supervise the progress of architectural works on site and coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and QualificationsMust possess a qualification from a recognized university and have a minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination works.
Conversant with local codes and authority submissions, must be computer literate, and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up, and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizing abilities are essential.
