Senior Architectural Coordinator Role

Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination of architectural works, ensuring seamless integration with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing documentation, and attending coordination meetings.
  • Lead a team of Design Coordinators in managing and coordinating architectural works according to project requirements.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings and details.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes of practice, and company standards.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise production of construction drawings, including shop drawing submissions and approvals.
  • Provide technical support to the site team and address discrepancies or design issues during construction.
  • Monitor architectural progress on-site and resolve coordination issues involving structural, M&E, and ID trades.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet architectural requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years' relevant experience at managerial level.
  • Knowledge of local submission and authority processes.
  • Be meticulous, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
